Invest in the future of fellow Australians
The Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) market is growing and evolving.
To handle the desperate need for suitable properties to assist Australians living with disability, the Federal Government pledged $700 million, per year, for the next 20 years as a way to fast-track properties being built. By offering this financial incentive, the Government hopes private investment will be motivated within the disability sector.
With ethical and social objectives at its core, investing in SDA registered properties through UHA presents an opportunity an investment backed by Government funding and community necessity.

“I want to make a lasting impact and legacy that continues to give back to society and communities that need it most. If that means it is through the vehicle of providing homes for NDIS participants, I am committed to making them the best homes possible.” G’day, I am Paddy, with 14 years under my belt in the construction, mining, oil and gas sectors. I am so thrilled to be a part of the UHA business that I can now solely focus on providing homes for the special needs community.
